What are the symptoms?

Diarrhea, slow growth, inadequate utilization of iron and protein. In babies: irregular development of bones, nerves and lungs.

What are the causes?

Unlike Wilson's disease, in which there is an excess of copper, in this case it is a copper deficiency.
Not enough red blood cells are produced, white blood cells cannot fight infections, iron is not absorbed, anemia occurs due to lack of copper and problems in mental and physical development. It can cause
anorexia, and partly kidney diseases. Without enough zinc, copper cannot be absorbed and utilized, and without copper, iron cannot be absorbed and utilized.

Natural solutions?

Take 5 mg of copper per day for one month, then reduce to 3 mg per day.
Take 30 mg of zinc per day, but not more than that, as too much zinc interferes with copper absorption.
Take 100 mg of iron daily. It is best not to take it in pill form, but from natural sources. Take a teaspoon of black sugar syrup every day, which is the richest source of iron. Take it Great food plus daily supplement that contains natural zinc and other nutrients. Babies who are fed only cow's milk are at a higher risk of having a copper deficiency.
