Sports injuries are very common today, and they are not unsolvable, read my story below and how you can prevent injuries.

I have been involved in some sport since childhood. I trained everything from basketball, soccer to swimming, but I loved taekwondo the most. I had a brown belt in taekwondo. During one training session, while we were doing mobility exercises, I managed to land on my left leg incorrectly with a switch, and I stretched a ligament and sprained a joint. I thought it wasn't a problem, but I was wrong. The whole left leg hurt a lot, and I couldn't bend it. The doctors recommended an operation, but I was not ready for it. 

I looked for various methods, preparations, creams, but nothing and I was getting closer to surgery. But during my research, I came across an article about a man who fixes all sports injuries without surgery. It was strange to me, but I would agree to anything just to get rid of this torment. How to clean your body yourself and prevent injuries
