Try with Intestines 2 in powder or activated charcoal: each dose should be taken with 3 dcl of clean water and one soup spoon of intestines 2 and with charcoal there should be 4 capsules, 8 tablets or 1-2 cups of isit charcoal and mixed with a glass of water. This dose should be taken whenever vomiting or diarrhea is present. Stomach formula has proven itself quite well by soothing the stomach and intestines.
Stay in bed and on a liquid diet during the acute phase, while nausea and vomiting are present. During the day, drink a little water, fruit
juices and small ice cubes, to replace lost water. When vomiting and diarrhea stop, eat small amounts of non-irritating food, such as boiled rice, boiled potatoes, boiled carrots, bananas or applesauce. Do not get out of bed immediately, because you are exhausted from vomiting and dehydration. In small children and especially infants, watch for signs of dehydration: drowsiness, rapid breathing,
dry skin and mucous membranes. This is very important. Put one teaspoon of catnip leaves in a cup of water, let it boil for 15 minutes and then drink it while it's still warm. This will greatly alleviate the problems of the digestive system. If you vomit, drink it again immediately, because there is a greater chance that you will not vomit the next time.
If the water cannot be kept, then try a low enema with salt water to replace the lost fluid. Put one on
a flat teaspoon of salt (flower of salt) in half a liter of water, and then insert 30-60 ml of that solution into the rectum (with the help of a small rubber tube). Keep your thighs pressed together for a few minutes. Work up to every 1-2 hours, until there is improvement and until he can drink liquids by mouth.

What should be avoided?

Do not drink unhealthy drinks (coca-cola, black tea, coffee, alcohol), because they irritate the stomach and worsen the symptoms. Caffeine causes stomach inflammation. Do not eat processed and fatty foods, dairy products, foods with a lot of carbohydrates, as well as all irritants: salt, pepper, strong spices and very acidic foods. Do not smoke or be near smokers. Pay attention to which foods harm you and don't eat them anymore.
