Ingredients:
300 ml of vegetable milk
(Vanilla is best, but oat can also be used)
3 spoons of starch flour
5 tablespoons of agave syrup
A bag of bio bourbon vanilla
70 g of coconut margarine
200 g of grated coconut
(Like for tupacs)
Preparation
Mix 100 ml of milk with 3 spoons of agave syrup, three spoons of starch flour and bourbon vanilla.
Bring the rest of the milk to a boil. Mix the first mixture.
Reduce the heat a little and add 100 g of coconut.
Mix until it thickens.
Leave to cool.
Make margarine with the remaining agave and add it to the cooled one
mixture.
Leave for some time in the refrigerator to combine well (preferably 2 hours).
After that, form balls (you can press peeled, blanched almonds in the middle), and additionally roll them in the remaining coconut.
