This is a great addition to your cleaning program. It will cleanse your system of toxins, acids, mucus, and provide you with an adequate amount of minerals.

Recipe for potassium soup:

Fill a bowl full with the skins of five ORGANIC potatoes, five carrots, five whole chopped beets, two whole chopped onions, five garlic cloves, five stalks of chopped celery and beetroot leaves. Add hot pepper to taste. Add water just to cover the vegetables and cook at a very low temperature for 1 to 4 hours. Strain and drink only the soup. Make sure you have enough for two days, and keep the rest of the soup in the fridge. If possible, use organically grown, non-toxic vegetables
insecticides, pesticides and inorganic chemical fertilizers.
