A great recipe for sweet tooths:
Ingredients
200 g of wholemeal, buckwheat, rye or spelt flour
250 ml plant milk (optional)

A teaspoon of salt
A spoonful of agave syrup
3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
Grated zest of a lemon or orange.
Procedure:
Pour flour and baking powder into a bowl
Add salt, agave syrup, lukewarm milk, 3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil and grated lemon or orange peel.
Mix everything well.
The mixture must be thicker than for classic pancakes, but not too thick.
If necessary, add a little more milk.
Coat the heated pan with a cube of coconut margarine or a little coconut oil.
Bake each pancake until golden on both sides.
You can serve with coconut cream for slaw, marmalade, maple syrup, honey or whatever you like.
