Some will argue that getting the mRNA vaccine to as many people as possible was the main profit-driven motive of the pharmaceutical industry during the pandemic – as well as the motive of the global political elites that the industry finances to the gills.

But as we know by now, these shootings are not without risk and have injured and disabled innocent people. Remember the recall of the COVID vaccine in Japan, which was initiated after certain batches were found to be contaminated with bits of stainless steel? Or how about the troubling discovery that vaccines contain graphene oxide—a harmful compound that some doctors believe can actually be transferred from those who have received the vaccine to those who haven't, and therefore poses a health risk to both groups? Read on to learn about nutrients you can use to supplement your diet and help your body flush out potential pollutants like graphene oxide.

Wondering how to clean graphene oxide from your body? These two antioxidants are essential

According to a 2016 review published in the peer-reviewed journal Particle and Fiber Toxicology, grapheme oxide exposure in humans and animals has been linked to a wide range of health problems, including liver and kidney damage, inflammation and tumor growth in the lungs, impaired cell function, increased oxidative stress and cell death.

In the context of the recent pandemic, some doctors have hypothesized that many of the symptoms of graphene oxide poisoning actually mimic an active infection similar to COVID. And as we and others have reported, graphene fibers have been shown to interact with EMF radiation and exhibit unusual behaviors—such as shrinking into ever-larger fibers—that indicate potential electrical or magnetic properties. But while the known and unknown risks of graphene oxide in the body are worrisome, there are things you can do that can give your body extra clarity. According to data shared by The Exposé, the key nutrients that can be used to help your body get rid of graphene fibers and/or counteract their negative health effects are fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains and nuts. An older but relevant review published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition notes that antioxidants, which are very popular for their ability to minimize oxidative stress and downstream negative effects believed to associated with oxidative stress.”

Foods you can eat that will support the production of glutathione and N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) (which is considered a precursor to glutathione) include:

Vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, kale and Brussels sprouts, Spinach, Asparagus, okra, Avocado and horseradish.

Other foods rich in nutrients such as vitamin C (e.g. kiwi, raspberries, strawberries, citrus fruits, pomegranate) and selenium (e.g. Brazil nuts), omega-3 fatty acids (e.g. flax seeds) and B vitamins (e.g. inactive food yeast, wheat germ and cereals)

Some people may also choose to take nutritional supplements, including Super Food Plus (more info HERE) and Super C vitamin ((more info HERE) which can help in even greater degradation of graphene oxide). So just know that if you're already eating a mostly plant-based, whole-foods diet, you're likely to get at least some essential support.

In addition to the above type of diet, here are additional supplements you might consider to flush out harmful toxins:

1. Alpha-alpha (more on that HERE)

2. Sleeping in complete darkness until 9:00 p.m. (more on that HERE)

3. Colon cleansing (more on that HERE)

4. Cleansing the Liver (more on that HERE)

5. Kidney cleansing (more on that HERE)

6. Or even do a complete body detox for 30 days (more on that HERE)

7. Wheat grass juice

8. Sunbathing (more on that HERE)
