What are the causes of allergies?

An allergy is a hypersensitivity to a certain substance, which is called an "allergen". Some of them are harmless, while others can pose a serious problem. The allergen cannot be a virus or bacteria, but a food, an inhalant or a chemical, such as smoke, mold, pollen, perfume, hair spray, stove smoke, paint odors, tobacco smoke, etc. The most common type of allergy is allergic rhinitis, which causes pollen from flowers. Chocolate, milk, pork, and other meat products are also common causes. The main cause is weakness and "dirty" of the organism due to an unhealthy life. Mold is a special problem for many people. It is found in the house, in food and in medicines (penicillin is made from this: from mold). Avoid damp places in and around the house. Unfortunately, we live in the "chemical age". Our body cannot withstand the attack of all substances that
they enter him, and because of that his reaction occurs. In general, allergies are not life-threatening, but there are some that are; we call them "anaphylactic allergies".

Why is the cleanliness of the house important?

Vacuum your house and car more often. Ventilate them, install an air conditioner in them, and put the same one in your bedroom, or put one that is connected
with the main device. Buy a dehumidifier.
– make sure that there is no dust in the bedroom. Cover the mattress with plastic material. Use synthetic pillows (polyester train -
on) or don't put a pillow at all (especially not with feathers). Wash your bedding more often. Do not use a duvet filled with feathers. Wash your pajamas/nightgown often. Clean the bed with a damp cloth. Use a cotton sheet and a duvet made of synthetic fibers, and do not use comfortable duvets, and do not allow pets in the bedroom.

– get rid of old carpets and clean the floors. You may need new carpets, or it may be better not to use carpets at all. You can
use only rugs or carpets made of wool. Clean the parts of the house where the most dust collects.
– clean wet areas in the house, such as those under the taps and around the bathtub. Wear a face mask while cleaning the house, as well as dust removal liquid. When you are done, go outside and walk for 30 minutes until the dust settles.
- use mold-resistant paint for the house.
– if you keep pets in the house, keep them clean, combed and healthy. Change their cage/house often or wash their rug
which they sleep. They are not as related to human allergies as is commonly thought, but if you are sure that your pet is the source of your allergy, then bathe and brush them more often. And if that doesn't work either, then find him another home, because he is also a living being, whose needs you must not ignore.
- set aside one room that will be constantly ventilated.
– avoid contact with mold, fresh paint, insect sprays, tobacco smoke and fresh tar.
- avoid physical activity during the early morning hours when the amount of pollen and mold in the air is the highest. It is better to do it in the afternoon or
earlier in the evening.
– stay indoors if the weather is windy and dry outside.
- the dust that causes allergies also accumulates in your nose. So rinse your nose with salt water (1/4 teaspoon of salt in one cup of 2.5 dl warm
water).
– eat light plant-based food and engage in some physical activity regularly. (But don't beat it near roads and areas with polluted air). Physical activity improves air flow through the nasal passages; it has been proven that three minutes of intense exercise relieves nasal congestion.

– a hot foot bath often helps with nasal congestion.
- do not smoke and do not be close to those who smoke. Do not live or work near factories that cause pollution.

- avoid pesticides, fungicides, phosphorus fertilizers, fluorescent lights, aluminum dishes, mercury fillings, deodorants.
- do not swim in a lake that is full of algae, or in pools with too much chlorine.
- if the symptoms are very pronounced and the concentration of pollen is high, take a shower as soon as you get home or in the evening of that day. Avoid contact
with a pet if it was out of the house. Don't let him in the house.
- take a big sip of salt water, and keep it in your mouth. Then tilt your head back as if you're going to swallow it, then try to gargle it through your nose, keeping your ears covered with your fingers (to protect the Eustachian tubes) and your mouth closed. When you return your head forward, try to cough. The water that will go down the nasal passages will clean the nose and nasal cavities well. Do this 3-4 times a day.
- certain substances that cause allergies, such as dust particles and pollen, have positive electricity. Negativeand ions act against their allergic effect on respiratory tissues. Therefore, the allergy problem can be partially alleviated if you buy a negative ion generator (which is often an integral part of air purifiers).
– there are also dust mites. These are microscopic organisms with eight legs, which feed on dead skin cells, and which secrete "balls" that rain when you inhale them. These mites live in every type of natural and synthetic fiber found in your house. They multiply faster at a temperature higher than 21 degrees, and when the air humidity is higher than 50%. They die if the humidity drops below 40-50%. So, buy a dehu midifier for your bedroom. Before each of the mites dies, about 4 months after birth, they leave behind waste products weighing 200 times their own weight, which you inhale and cause a sneeze.

HELP FROM NATURE

Start with a 3-day fast (at an advanced level of detox) to cleanse the body on fruit and vegetable juices and a 5-day bowel detox (more information HERE) and then a 5-day liver detox (more information HERE). This will eliminate it excess mucus from your body, allergens will be thrown out, and prepare the way for the body to adapt to changes in
nutrition. Repeat this post every month without detox.
– use a liver cleansing tonic in the morning, as explained in the instructions for the liver.
- take natural vitamin C through plants (Seasonal fruit or Super C vitamin, more information HERE) and Intestine 1 in capsules (more information HERE) if necessary due to the work of the intestines.
- eat a nutritious, balanced diet in moderation. Drink more pure water, and you will see how your health will improve in every sense.
- avoid canned, refined, fatty and sweet (with white sugar) food, as well as meat, caffeine, alcohol and dairy products.
- strengthening the body and avoiding allergenic substances should be your priority. Some people have problems whenever they drive in a car.
Perhaps the cause of the problem is at the workplace. Try to find the causes yourself, by writing down everything you drink and eat.

ADDITIONAL MEDICINAL HERBS

Garlic contains the bioflavonoid quercetin, which slows down inflammatory reactions. Bromelain (from pineapple) makes quercetin even more effective.

- nettle root and leaves have been used for centuries against allergic respiratory and nasal symptoms (leakage from n
wasp, cough, chest congestion,
asthma, etc.).
– chamomile can help with skin allergies and hives.

- ginkgo contains gincolides, which alleviate allergy, asthma and inflammation. Use it over tinctures Brain.
– Horseradish clears the sinuses
– the following herbs have an antihistamine effect: dandelion, vetiver, thistle, comfrey, buttercup (unless you are allergic to ragweed or if you are pregnant), fenugreek and lobelia.
- to get rid of excess slime and mucus, sip tea from the vidac plant.
- in the case of irritated mucous membranes, drink 1 cup of tea made from one of the following herbs: thyme, hyssop, marjoram and lavender.
- if your eyes itch, apply cold compresses made of hazelnut diluted with 4 parts of boiled water.
- echinacea (1/2-1 tsp Echinacea Plus tinctures, 3-4 times a day for one week) will help strengthen the immune system.
- in case of red eyes, drink hot tea made from mulberry flowers.
– the adrenal glands are weaker during the period of allergic rhinitis; that's why it's good to drink licorice root tea, but not if you have high blood pressure
or if your body tends to retain water in the tissues.
– hot drinks open the nasal passages; so drink hot red clover or nettle flower tea.
- on the contrary, cold compresses on the forehead and face help a lot to ease the pain in a more severe case of allergic rhinitis. Squeeze out the dressing
from the ice water and change it as soon as it warms up. You will be better within an hour; but if you keep the wraps on for 3-4 hours, you may feel even better.
