How it works:

Buttercup root is a mild but very effective cleansing herb. It contains alkaloids hydrastine, berberine and canadine, as well as essential oils and resins. The first two are medically listed as scavengers.

Fennel and fennel have a long history of soothing the eyes. Divizma has a very soothing effect on delicate mucous membranes. Raspberry acts as a mild astringent.

The action of all these plants together guarantees cleaner, clearer and clearer eyes.

Why you need it:

The eye formula is based on classic eye wash herbs that have literally been used for centuries for this purpose. It is very useful for cleaning around sensitive areas such as the eyes, inside the sinus cavity and sensitive areas of the mucous membrane.

The eye formula is one that people often forget about, but regardless, it is very effective and very powerful for cleaning, rinsing and disinfecting the eyes.

Ingredients: Oraganski Vidac (Euphrasia officinalis), wild bran Hydrangea (Hydrastis canadensis)Wild bran Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus), Wild bran Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Wild bran Divizma (Verbascum thapsus), Organic hot pepper(Capsicium annum) .

Use only in diluted form according to the instructions on the packaging.

Storage mode: in a dry and dark place, at a temperature of up to 25°C.

In order for all prewashes to have a positive effect on your body to begin with, adhere to the basic principles of a healthy lifestyle:

1. Drink a sufficient amount of non-carbonated clean water on a daily basis, we recommend that you drink verified spring water or purchased still water, which is less evil than that from the tap, or that you get a reverse osmosis filter. Along with water, you can also drink freshly squeezed juice or herbal tea (chamomile or mint or ginger, if you are dehydrated and have yellow urine, dry skin (it can also dry out during the shower due to chlorine, get an activated carbon filter and mount it on the shower), dry eyes, hard bowel movements, completely avoid teas that are diuretic nettle, dandelion, bearberry, green tea... 5 hours after breakfast lunch: a variety of seasonal organic raw vegetables with sunflower seeds (not fried or salty) or flax (not ground) or whole sesame or chia or pumpkin seeds...) and a handful of nuts (almonds or walnuts or hazelnuts or cashews or try to find peanuts in the shell), cooked legumes (beans or lentils or chickpeas or peas or beans or broad beans ...) and cereals (wheat or hulled oats or barley or rye or buckwheat or millet ...). The salad can be seasoned with cold-pressed olive oil with raw garlic, onion, avocado and spices (rosemary, basil, hot pepper, thyme, oregano...). For dessert, eat a healthy combination of nuts or seeds with honey.

5 hours after lunch dinner: only fruit with a handful of nuts (almonds or walnuts or hazelnuts) or if you feel a lack of energy, dinner should be the same as breakfast.

Mandatory : during meals do not drink any liquid only after 1-2h

4. Take enough and timely rest (no later than 9:00 p.m. in winter or 10:00 p.m. in summer) and in complete darkness.
If the room you sleep in is not completely dark, get a sleeping bag.

5. To be exposed to sunlight for 1 hour a day because of vitamin D.

6. To be in the fresh air every day.

7. Avoidance of all toxins (coffee, green tea, black tea, cigarettes, drugs, chemicals, alcohol, refined sweets...)
